Print off and turn in or email to Mr. Miller by April 25. Students will receive their Varsity Letter at Band Banquet.

Freshman/Sophomore Year 5 Points Cumulative

Junior/Senior Year 6 Points Cumulative

1 POINT PER ACTIVITY PER YEAR

□ I already have my Letter – PIN ONLY

□ 1st Chair for at least 1 concert

□ I or II rating at District Solo/Ensemble

□ Drum Major/Section Leader

□ Varsity Band: I or II rating (Automatic “Chevron” each year)

□ PEP BAND (must have attended all but 1 game)

□ I or II rating at Concert Band and/or Jazz Band Festivals

□ After School JAZZ BAND (After-school at least once during the year)

□ Summer Band Program (Interlochen, Blue Lake, Wayne State, etc.)

□ Honors Band (Jazz and/or Concert)

□ Private Lessons for at least 1 Semester or more

o Color Guard

□ Winter Guard
