This is going to be an exciting and exhausting next week and a half for us. Enclosed is a lot of information, so please read over carefully and contact me if you have any questions.
You should purchase tickets for Marching Band Festival through Mr. Miller. The money will come back to the band if you do. If you purchase them at the gate, it will return to MSBOA. We have plenty of tickets.
Prices are $3.00 for adults, $2.00 for students and Senior Citizens. Varsity Band members do not purchase tickets.
Marching Band Festival – Wednesday, October 13th – Troy High School
4:30 p.m. Report to WMHS – Get into uniform – trailer will be load after school
5:15 p.m. Leave Warren Mott H.S.
5:45 p.m. Arrive @ Troy High School
6:35 p.m. Warm-up
7:15 p.m. WARREN MOTT PERFORMS
7:35 p.m. Show done/Move to get picture taken
9:05 p.m. Awards presentation /drum majors enter field
9:30 p.m. Approximate time event will be finished/Board Busses
10:00 p.m. Arrive @ WMHS
You may take your child home from Festival, just let me know you are. Also – bring money for food!!
