For those who did fundraising for the trip (either/both for Vertical/Bottle Drive) We are working to get that bottle drive money in your account by the end of this week.
You will need to fill out a "Withdrawal Request" which is in the band room or on the band website under "Students" It also contains your updated student account $$ (minus bottle drive)
Jen Shafer, our booster treasurer will be handling the details on this.
We have two required rehearsals with Cousino/Sterling before the trip. Rehearsals will be in the Warren Mott Band room and students MUST attend. Students will be getting music for the two performances, and will need to practice. The dates/times are as follows:
Tuesday - March 12th 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Tuesday - March 19th 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm (1/2 day)
We are still working on the "uniform" part of the trip, and will let you know as soon as a decision is made.
