2022 - 2023 Boys Basketball Concessions
Volunteers are needed to help prepare and sell food and beverages at all home Warren Mott Boys Freshman, JV and Varsity Basketball games. There are usually three games per night so multiple people are needed throughout the season to lighten the load. Games start at 4:00 pm. The listed end time is based on the start time of the last game. The actual end time may vary nightly depending on the actual game play.
We are also looking for a select group of people to be trained as opening lead and closing lead as part of the concessions committee. The 'Opening Lead' starts 30 minutes prior and 'Opening Assistant' is requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to the listed start time in order to pull stock and begin setting up for the event.
The closing lead will be responsible for making sure everything is put away and prepped for the next game, count and secure the cash, and confirm that the concession stand is cleaned properly before leaving.
