Are you a crafter or know anyone who is? We are now accepting applications for Vendor Table applications.
RENTAL FEES:

Electrical outlet................................................................................... $5.00
(Price is per single outlet. You MUST bring your own UL approved extension cord.)
Lunch, refreshments and snacks will be available for purchase.
Limited help will be available for unloading and loading your merchandise.
Two chairs will be provided for exhibitors.
Please send two (2) photos of your craft…these will be returned to you (unless sent by email)
At least one of your items will be needed for our raffle table. Please label the item(s) with either a sticky note (include name & contact info), business card or brochure. You may drop your donation off at registration, admissions or the raffle table. Your donation is appreciated & tax deductible!!
Deadline for applications is October 22, 2021. (Or while space is available)
Due to Covid 19, 2019 in-show vendors and crafters will have priority until July 31, 2021. The event will be open to the public to apply on August 1, 2021.
Only one representative from each direct sales company is allowed. First come, first serve, no exceptions.
PAYMENT STEPS:
1. Fill out the Vendor Application to determine the amount you owe.
2. Pay by writing a check or by using PayPal to pay electronically
a. IF CHECK:
i. Write check payable to Warren Mott Band Club
ii. Mail the Vendor Application with your Check
b. IF CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL
i. PayPal service fees: $30 or Less add $1.00, more than $30, multiple by 1.03 (3%)
ii. Go to PayPal using the Donate button below
iii. Enter amount owed + service fee and complete the transaction
iv. Print the Donation Receipt email. ALTERNATIVE: Write Transaction ID on the order form from Donation Receipt.
v. Mail the Vendor Application with your Donation Receipt.
