The Marauder Music Machine is Warren Mott's Marching Band. We perform at all Home Football Games, Tailgate, Band O Rama, MSBOA Marching Festival, Glow Show, Collage Concert, Homecoming Parade and Thanksgiving Parade every other year. Additionally, our pep band attends some away games and powder puff. During the school year we rehearse from 6-8pm on Monday and Wednesday nights.
We have two weeks of band camp traditionally taking place the second and third week of July.
Band Camp 2027:
Week 1: July 12-15th from 9am-4pm @Warren Mott HS
Week 2: July 20-24th at Adrian College in Adrian, MI
Summer Rehearsals:
We have four summer rehearsals prior to the school year starting to prepare for the football season. These rehearsals are held from 5-8pm on Monday and Wendesdays.
Alumni Band
This year's homecoming game is on Friday Sept. 25th at WMHS. Please refer to the schedule below and reach out to kgaynor@wcskids.net with any questions. I look forward to meeting you and hearing about your experience in the program! :)
MUSIC
We will be performing: Fireball, Dude, and Winner in the parade. We will play the same three songs for pregame in addition to SSB and Fight Song. Music will be uploaded to the band website under the marching tab to print and prepare in advance or copies will be available when you arrive.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
- Maroon Mott Marauder Wear on top and Khaki pants or shorts (if you don't have khakis jeans are fine!), close toed shoes
- Instrument, Flip Folder, Lyre
- $$ for concessions and supplies for your instrument like reeds and valve oil
SCHEDULE
3:30pm instrument/flip folder/individual warm up in band room
4:00pm rehearsal with Ms. Gaynor / Alumni DM
4:45pm Travel to Beer/Parade Line Up
5:15pm: approximate parade step-off time from Beer Middle School.
5:45pm: arrival back at WMHS, brief break before warm up/step-off to the stadium.
6:10pm: warm up/retune in band room
**If you can't make the rehearsal or parade due to work restrictions please meet us in the band room at 6pm to get an instrument and music before step off or you will not be granted free access to the game. **
6:30pm: STEP OFF
6:45pm: pregame performance on the track
7:00pm: GAME START
7:45pm ish Half time, Homecoming court, current students will perform our show after the game.

Registration
Please make sure you complete the entire medical form to give us permission to administer over the counter medication at camp.
If you complete the marching band registration online and make the payment online through Cut Time, you are all set with registration, so only need to attend the kick off portion of the meeting.
If you complete the payment ONLINE by the registration date you will still receive the discount..
