2025 Band Camp - Updated

We Need Your Help!  We are asking for donations during Band Camp Week 1 for cases of bottled water & snacks.  The water will be used during Week 1 to keep the kids hydrated as well as used at each home football game.  In addition, we are requesting Gatorade powder, sunscreen spray, & bug spray for Week 2 at Northwood University. 

We’ve put together an Amazon Wishlist as suggestions for what kind of items can be donated.  If more convenient to purchase through Amazon, feel free to purchase from the Wishlist and for parents/family of student attending camp, have the items delivered to your home, then send with your student during Week 1 at Mott.  Also, please share the Wishlist with family & friends!  There are always individuals who ask how they can help the band students during camp and Amazon is a great way for those not in the area to have their donations shipped to the Band Club.  We GREATLY appreciate any donations that you can make!

The SignUpGenius link has been included in this email to volunteer for Band Camp Week 1.  If you can spare a couple of hours or throughout the week up to the Tailgate Party to help support the students and Ms. Gaynor, please sign up!  It is a great opportunity to be involved & watch the kids grow as they begin learning their material for another fantastic marching band season.  We can’t do this without the parent support that we get.

If volunteering, please complete the background check authorization form (attached) and forward back to me with the front AND back picture of your driver’s license.  Once processed, you’ll be able to volunteer for the 2025-2026 school year for your child as well as their siblings in WCS schools. Week 1 volunteers will not need to complete the videos.
